SHUNGE PRODUCTION CENTERS

Five production centres, one company. We slit our own electrical steel, and west amp, stack and inspect EI laminations, radial stator cores, axial flux stator cores and transformer laminations in house.

What we do not do is just as deliberate: coil winding, shafts, bearings, housings and final assembly sit outside our scope, and are handled by our customers or by qualified partner suppliers. Our production is built around the part that decides whether a motor or a transformer performs — the core.

How the Five Connect

Strip enters at the slitting centre and leaves as four different core types.

Each centre works to the same drawing, tolerance and inspection rules.

What Stays Outside Our Scope

We make cores. We do not make complete motors or complete transformers.

Coil winding, shafts, bearings, housings, potting and final assembly are outside our scope. Customers handle them, or we arrange them through qualified partner suppliers when asked. Keeping that boundary sharp is what allows us to hold tolerance on the part that matters.

Where We Are

Production and warehousing run across two sites in the Pearl River Delta:

Shunde in Foshan, and Dongguan.
