The S11 series oil-immersed distribution transformer is a new generation of energy-saving power distribution equipment. It is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with GB 1094 "Power Transformers", GB/T 6451 "Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers", and national energy efficiency standards.

Compared to the S9 series, it reduces no-load loss by more than 30%, offering superior energy-saving performance and operational stability. It is suitable for urban and rural power grids, industrial plants, commercial buildings, residential communities, mines, and prefabricated substations, making it the preferred equipment for power grid upgrades, energy conservation, and safe power supply.

I. Product Features

The core uses high-quality, high-permeability grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a fully oblique joint, no-perforation, and multi-stage stepped stacking structure, effectively reducing magnetic resistance, no-load loss, and operating noise. The core surface has an insulating coating that is moisture-proof and rust-proof.

The windings are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper wire, offering excellent conductivity, low heat generation, and high mechanical strength. The high-voltage winding has a cylindrical/layered structure, while the low-voltage winding has a helical structure, ensuring uniform ampere-turn distribution, ample insulation margin, and strong short-circuit withstand capability.

A corrugated plate type fully sealed oil tank structure completely isolates the transformer oil from the outside air, preventing oil oxidation and moisture aging, extending insulation life, and enabling long-term maintenance-free operation. The corrugated plates also provide heat dissipation and oil volume expansion compensation, resulting in higher heat dissipation efficiency.

The transformer body undergoes vacuum drying and vacuum oil injection processes, and the insulation material is fully impregnated, ensuring stable and reliable insulation performance, high temperature resistance, and suitability for long-term continuous operation.

Standard equipment includes pressure relief valves, oil temperature and level indicators, and sealing gaskets, providing overvoltage protection, oil leakage monitoring, and abnormality warning functions for safer operation.

The overall structure is compact and robust, resistant to impact during transportation, operates with low noise, and features a standard gauge design, allowing for outdoor ground mounting, pole mounting, or integrated transformer substation installation, adapting to various installation environments.
