Laser cutting core for transformer, motor and generator

Steel Laminations are mainly used in producing:

Silicon steel laminations are generally produced by stamping or wire erosion, then the sheets are laminated and stacked to required height based on customized designs. Besides the two methods above, Shunge Steel has professional production lines using fiber laser numerical control processing equipment for laser cutting cores. 

  

The laser cutting facilities work based on demanding applications and has multiple advantages:

– Cut into arbitrary graphics - including complex, small-batch but multi-variety, diverse products

– Shorten the motor R&D procedures and lead time: new samples could be produced quickly after the product drawing is formed.

– Cut silicon steel coil accurately to customized specifications

– Surface of laser cutting core is flat and smooth: free of flaws such as burr, cracking, deformation, or collapse...
