Women's Day Special

     International Women's Day is held on March 8th every year, to celebrate women's rights and equality throughout the world. Shunge steel does pay attention to this day and celebrates with the ladies, showcasing gratitude and love for those who have always been paying their efforts every single day. 

    Shunge steel cares for employees and attaches importance of individual developments. We try our best to provide a nice cosy working environment that encourages growth of our stuff. In spite of working, we take care of each other in every espect of life and as  you could imagine, we are bonded like a family. 

    Actually, the rate of female employees of our company is more than a half. We have many outstanding managers and sales representitives that have sufficient knowledge and experience on steel products and steel trade, some of whom are sales champions of the months or years.

    It's remarkable that Women's Day this year was a bit different from previous years and succeessfully amazed our stuff.

    On the afternoon of March 8th, 2022, our HR department sent out the presents prepared ahead of time, which is all planned out by the guys in our company. Every lady received a branch of flowers and a little red pocket. Flowers as a gift is magical, which could show our appreciation and compliment, lightening up the mood and atmosphere of our whole office. And red pocket means best wishes for upcoming good luck in Chinese.

    Our stuff who received the gifts recalled that surprising day: It was totally out of a blur, we girls all felt surprised and absolutely preasant... Wondering how it's gonna be like on Women's Day next year! And please don't forget to remind me of preparing together for the guys' surprise! ... We took the photo and memorized for this beautiful day.
