SHUNZHISHEN TECHNOLOGY is a stator core manufacturer based in Shunde, Foshan, in Guangdong's Pearl River Delta. We build laminated magnetic cores for electric motors, to our customers' drawings.

OUR FOCUS

Axial flux stator cores are our main product. An axial flux stator core is a wound ring with a slotted working face: the slots are formed after the ring is wound, and the lamination stack has to hold a consistent height around the whole circumference.

That makes winding, forming and stacking one continuous problem rather than three separate ones, which is why we organise production around them as a single process rather than as separate operations.

We work in non-oriented electrical steel from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm, and in grain-oriented grades where the application calls for them.

HOW WE WORK

Most customers arrive with a drawing and a quantity. We review the drawing against material availability and process limits before quoting, so that tolerance, stacking height and lead time are confirmed before tooling starts. Where a customer has a performance target rather than a finished drawing, we work from that instead.

MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING IN THE SAME PLACE

Our electrical steel supply base gives us access to the grades and thicknesses these

cores depend on, and lets us confirm that a given thickness and grade are actually

available before a lamination drawing is finalised — rather than discovering a supply

gap at the tooling stage. Stator core manufacturing is where the business is focused;

the steel supply base supports it.

INSPECTION

Every production batch is dimensionally and visually inspected. Core loss is tested in house. Permeability and inductance are measured by an accredited external laboratory.

01  Material Supply

Electrical steel selected by grade and thickness for the motor's flux and frequency requirements, sourced through our own steel supply chain.

02  Precision Stamping

Lamination profiles stamped to your drawing with dedicated or progressive tooling, with burr height and profile tolerance controlled from the first article onward.

03  Lamination Manufacturing

Laminations are deburred, cleaned and, where required, surface-treated or pre-coated for bonding, so that the stack performs as an insulated assembly.

04  Stacking & Core Assembly

Laminations consolidated into a finished core by bonding, riveting or welding, with stacking height, keyway and slot alignment checked after assembly.

05  Inspection & Testing

Dimensional, burr and stack integrity checks at defined stages, with inspection records available for the shipped lot.

06  Custom Core Manufacturing

One engineering contact from drawing review and tooling through sampling and volume production.
