On January 4, 2026, the Finance Department, Galvanized Cold Rolling Department, Silicon Steel Department, and Foreign Trade Department of Shunge Steel Trading Co., Ltd. conducted an annual inventory check of all warehouse inventory materials within the factory area. This inventory check aimed to comprehensively verify the consistency between records and actual inventory, optimize warehouse management efficiency, and provide accurate data support for the 2026 sales plan.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the annual inventory check, Shunge Steel Trading Co., Ltd. established a dedicated inventory team and developed a detailed inventory plan. The team divided the work into multiple inventory areas based on the nature and storage location of the materials, and assigned corresponding inventory personnel: the finance department was responsible for accounting verification, while the galvanized cold-rolled steel department, silicon steel department, and foreign trade department were each responsible for the physical inventory of their respective materials. This division of labor and collaboration improved both inventory efficiency and accuracy.

During the inventory process, staff not only checked the quantity of the materials, but also inspected their quality and storage environment, and promptly recorded and reported any problems found.
