To enhance the team's professional skills and better serve the market and customers, Shunge Company was invited by Phnix Company last week and successfully held a team knowledge training session for Shunge employees. This visit aimed to help employees understand the team management philosophy of leading companies and also provided company leaders with a valuable platform to learn "how to maximize the value of their work teams." Department leaders personally led the way, and colleagues gathered at Phnix Company, creating a lively learning atmosphere.

Guangdong Phnix Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Phnix Technology), established in 2002, is an international innovative enterprise focusing on new energy and environmental protection technologies. It has been awarded "Top Ten Leading Brands in the Heat Pump Industry" for many consecutive years.

As a leading company in the industry, Shunge's management style is worth learning from. Before the visit, Shunge's employees toured the company with the help of Phnix staff. During the tour, amidst the Shunge employees' expressions of admiration, the Phnix staff gave a brief introduction to the company, providing Shunge's employees with a preliminary understanding of Phnix's corporate culture.

Following the visit, Phnix's trainers began training Shunge's employees. The training focused on "management," and under the professional guidance of Phnix's trainers, Shunge's employees gained a deeper understanding of the concept of "management" and developed more perspectives on the term. At the end of the training, Shunge's employees, led by their manager, actively shared their new ideas and insights.
