EI silicon sheets

Silicon steel is an essential material to the manufacturing of transformer cores. Prime silicon steel is what determines the main factor of high-end final products. As the A-LEVEL agent for the leading steel mills from China, Shunge not only provides prime silicon steel raw material: Grain Oriented Electrical Steel (GOES) & Non Grain Oriented Electrical Steel (NGO), but also superior semi products. EI sheet is one of the regular types.

“E” and “I” sheets are produced at the same time. More than 10 advanced punching lines cover the most full-scaled sizes in the market including single phase and 3 phases type. Over 33 product sizes from EI 28 to EI 228, we cover the most frequently used market sizes. There are five “3 phases EI” sizes ranged from 150 to 300. With or without holes on the sheets are both workable. Customized sizes are also welcomed.

Annealing service is optional to help products achieve better performance, depending on customer and usage. 20 annealing furnances keep running day and night, accurate time and temperature contol are the keys to good anneal performance.

Packing of the EI sheets is customizable. The products would be weighed and packed at the same time. For your convenience, the carton box could be printed with: product name/ thickness/ total weight, etc. Then certain amount of boxes would be put on the wooden frame, wrapped by plastic film and ready to ship.
